After meetings with City Planning, Claremont Conservancy, neighbors and extended site visits of the hillside and surrounding properties, we considered the existing landscapes, natural trails, wildlife and species, and impact to the environment.

Our design philosophy evolves from an appreciation for ideals of the City of Claremont and the hillside. It embodies integration, conservation, sustainability, and preservation.
